Stopped in for some cross training today and had a great experience. This isn’t my home gym, but I wanted to check out their Sunday leg lock class followed by open mat, and I’m glad I did. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming. The coach did a solid job teaching, and the room had a good mix of skill levels. I attended their new Saturday open mat today which was great! Really good rolls with some super nice people. Academy was also nice and clean!

We got started a couple weeks ago and it’s been awesome. My son Sage has absolutely loved his time at Meta Martial Arts! Coach Nate is an incredible teacher—patient, motivating, and really great with kids. Sage enjoys both jiu-jitsu and kickboxing, and it’s been amazing to see how much he’s learning. He gets the chance to wrestle with other kids his age, which has taught him not just technique but also teamwork and discipline.
