My dad and went to Meta Labs today for our first time and it was epic! I’ve been plunging for a few years and my dad just started. We had so much fun. The owners are rad. I seriously want to have my birthday party there haha. I highly recommend Meta for an incredible experience, good vibes, and a golden recovery experience. We love Meta!
I have been here twice now and will start going regularly for now on. The place is very clean, the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. They have cold tubs, a hot one, and a sauna. I highly recommend this place.
I have severe chronic back and nerve pain. Chris just took me through the cold/ hot contrast therapy session and WOW!! AMAZING is an understatement. I do physical therapy, have had surgeries and nothing has given me this much relief and comfort. Definitely coming back. So grateful! You wont regret going to Meta Labs!
