I went there Saturday for the first time...AWFUL!!! I will never go back. When walking into the store there was a lady walking out, who said "thanks a lot...have a nice day!" Thought she was being sarcastic. She was because the two chicks that were working NEVER once spoke to my sister or I. Not a word! They wouldn't stop talking to each other to even acknowledge they had customers in the store. Horrible customer service. Not sure how long this place will work out.
So rude!! I went in with new, cute items that I'd bought recently and a man quickly went through them and said they'd have to pass because they don't buy things that aren't in season or have holes in them. My items were neither of those things. And what does a man know about what is in season? The place was gross. Just save your time and go to Plato's Closet, where the staff actually knows their stuff.
your head sales lady(dark shorter brown hair) needs a lesson in customer service, she's rude, unapproachable, and detrimental to your business.please heed the reviews, she's got to go.

I have had the most horrible experiences here buying and selling. Overpriced for anything decent. Extremely rude and unprofessional employees. Terrible shopping experience. Overall steer clear of this place. And agreed with other posts Plato's is a much better choice you will get more when you sell/better deals when buying.
Love this store! I found a shirt my friend paid like $50 for at Urban Outfitters for 10 bucks! Seriously! She was pissed!
This place claims to be "upscale" but it has many items from forever 21 and other cheap brands. The store smells bad. Any decent items are way overpriced. Go to Platos Closet to buy and sell.
