I started this program on January 6 , 2015 and I can't express how my body is transforming. These guys are amazing, motivating and I love working out with them. So thrilled to have found 2 amazing knowledgeable motivated leaders. The program came at a time in my life when I was feeling unhealthy & in a funk. And Bam !... I had instant results !! Rahz and Greg are not only great to work out with and very positive, they also have a spiritual uplifting way about them that makes the whole Meta-Burn experience uplifting.
I can't say enough about the Meta Burn team. Rahz "The Motivator" and Greg "Mr. Nutrition" stand up to their names. I have had tremendous success with the 6 week transformation. The workouts are fast and furious..and the nutritional program very easy to follow. When they say they are there 24/7 for you they mean it. The other coaches, Prenton and Mark, are amazing as well. I would highly recommend Meta Burn for anyone looking to change their life for the better.
This is not just a place to go work out a few times a week but a family that keeps you motivated and moving towards all the goals you have set for yourself.
