Loved the programs. Hated the journey. Ali is great, but the owner is much different. Owner was great until I told him his cost (over $384 for 50 programs; over $400 for 75) was more than I could afford. And it worked this way because he never bothered to ask for my budget nor give me a baseline cost or costs for additional features. What makes it worse is he was abusive with his words while I'm trying to get funeral programs for my father's funeral on a Friday at about 3pm for a 10am Saturday funeral.
