We had a backup in my father’s house. After an hour they informed us a pipe had collapsed under the basement. It would require the entire basement area to be dug up and the pipe replaced. The service call was over $500 because it was a weekend. The next day we got a second opinion. The other company opened a trap in the basement that MEP never accessed and found a simple clog. No broken pipe. It was cleared in a matter of minutes. I would STRONGLY NOT recommend this company.
They were awesome! Easy to schedule and great work. Had them fix water main. Then had them back the next week to fix drain in basement and drain pipes and kitchen sink. Would recommend 100% I had my mother call them to do some work. Very professional. Always on time. Very reasonable.

Let me start off by saying yes my drain is unclogged for now . But they was only here for less than 30 mins and I'm charged for 1.5 hours of labor for each person . Not sure how that adds up. 🤔 the service was great but being over charged for services is a RIP OFF !!! note that it's 9am now and my appointment was at 8am . I called to pay the bill at 830 and then notice the 1.5hours of labor x2 ppl
