My brother and I were beneficiaries on my mom's Metlife policy and I played hell getting my money and my brother still has not gotten his. Our mother passed away a month and a half ago. This is uncalled for. The agents lie. Put you on hold when you want to speak to a supervisor and nobody ever gets back on the phone. I work for an insurance company and we would NEVER treat our customers like Metlife does. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Do NOT invest your money with them!
