Terrible service. Always on hold for more than 30 minutes. For 2 weeks now been disputing a payment. They took out a payment after I had already cancelled service because they “couldn’t find” my policy. Even with my policy number and phone number I have no account with them yet they are still taking money out? FREAKING CROOKS!! TERRIBLE I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE THEIR SERVICE EVER AGAIN
