They will prolong your claim and even if you have everything done in a timely manner, they manage to dit on their behind and make you get to the point where you believe they're just sitting on your paperwork. They even blatantly tell you wrong information to lead you on and of you dare call again and speak to another rep, they could tell you the exact opposite.
