This is a wrong address. On the door there is a different Insurance company's name. Also their phone number does not have a box to leave a message in.
Though I have not specifically dealt with this MetLife location, I am from Nashville and I definitely DO NOT recommend MetLife. We have had a horrible experience with MetLife in dealing with a car accident involving one of their clients and our only car. The client admitted fault immediately and did not dispute it. We both promptly filed claims, gave official statements, sent our (totaled) car exactly where they wanted us to, received the estimate and photos 48 hours later, sent them the estimate and photos 48 hours, but nev... read more
