Horrible service! Lorena Mota doesn’t help. I came to the office and she talked to me 15 feet away she never got off her desk, never offer me a chair and conversation was loud where everybody can hear my conversation. What I had to say was confidential and everyone was able to hear in the lobby. She never asked me to come in and I was standing in the front. She is very rude. I will never give my business to Taylor and Associates because of the way I was treated!
Bad especially with a supervisor there that was rude and hung the phone up on me.
Everyone is always so nice and helpfull Scott has been great helping me find the best policies and answering all my questions
