My daughters really enjoyed training with Jon. They learned proper form and developed understanding of their muscles and strength. We will definitely be working with Jon again!

I am not a crazy, dedicated athlete. I have always struggled with my weight. I rarely worked out and when i did, i thought it was all about lifting weights and sweating! I was a busy, working mom just trying to not feel so run down. I met Jon about 20 years ago when he was a trainer at a local gym. He was never about crazy cardio and “no pain no gain”.
