This company is the BEST! Another company had quoted us over $$$ for repairs that were not that costly in the first place. Tom came over and informed us everything we could use at a fair price. He is a great communicator and is flexible with your schedule. He also is a great and reliable worker who very clean! I highly suggest this company if you care for workers who are fair, clean, and dependable. Emergency call on the weekend to find out it was only a stuck oil gauge and my tank was empty. Tom helped me understand how to restart the system after getting enough diesel in the tank to last until a delivery the next day. He did this all at no charge. Honest and upstanding business! I later used Tom to do a full service of our system and he was timely and respectful getting things cleaned up and running well for the rest of the season at fair price.
Tom is a great guy and did great work for a fair price. I would recommend working with him based on his great communication and honest work with no high pressure upselling.
We can not sing praise and gratitude for "My Guys" loud enough. We moved to Rutland, not knowing anyone. And our heat pump system failed during the most recent cold snap.
