I've been using Messina for the past few years and they have consistently been incredible. We've had a variety of split system ACs installed, old ones removed and other small jobs as well. They have installed units outside a very tall Queenslander up high and done a great job. Today, we needed some old ducting removed so we could remove an awning bracket for the painters. I rarely write poor reviews but in this instance I felt compelled to do so. The Messina experience let me down from the start with issues and delays in quoting, staff leaving my house filthy with fingerprints on new paint, staff complaining in detail about the management of Messina, lead onsite staff resigning midway through the work, staff refusing to do the quoted work as it was easier for them (the 23 year old air con piping should be “satisfactory”). I ring up and I am acknowledged immediately as not only a customer, but a valued human being. They are extremely busy (as they have an excellent reputation) but, they will always attempt to alleviate your concerns or issues as soon as possible.
