Alan and Nadine are terribly incompetent. They are irresponsive when it comes to phone calls and take no initiative on trying facilitate the transaction. They constantly provide conflicting information and are negligent with following through for their clients. Definitely would not recommend for real estate transactions. I closed nearly 2 weeks ago and still haven’t received the funds they were supposed to wire me.
