Purchased my zero-turn mower here. After 85.5 hours the mower belt broke. No problem, I went back to buy a new belt. T looked and looked at his computer screen and then said he didn't have one. That's it. Didn't say he could order one. Nothing. I don't think he knows what he is doing. Train your people Messick. Returned next day, avoided T and went to Doug. They had the belt after all! Thank you Doug.

Walked in last week to purchase a mower that was listed as in stock on Messicks web page. I tell the salesman what I want. He tells me it does not say that have one available on the website. I insist. He again tells me I am wrong. I bring up the site on my phone and show him. No response. He then gets on his computer and brings up the page showing the mower as in stock. No apology or acknowledgement that the website was wrong. He then asks me if I thought I could take the mower home today. When I said yes, he laughed at me. ... read more

I was having warranty repairs done to a core aerator I purchased. Andy from the sales department and Jay from the service department could not have treated me any better. Great experience with them both.

I'd been looking for someone to service my Cub Cadet riding mower and after several attempts with others, I came across Messicks. The picked up my mower within a week and I had it back in about 24 hours. Honest repairs, fast service, reasonable prices. Would highly recommend Messicks if you need equipment repairs.
