Purchased my zero-turn mower here. After 85.5 hours the mower belt broke. No problem, I went back to buy a new belt. T looked and looked at his computer screen and then said he didn't have one. That's it. Didn't say he could order one. Nothing. I don't think he knows what he is doing. Train your people Messick. Returned next day, avoided T and went to Doug. They had the belt after all! Walked in last week to purchase a mower that was listed as in stock on Messicks web page. I tell the salesman what I want. He tells me it does not say that have one available on the website. I insist. He again tells me I am wrong. I bring up the site on my phone and show him. No response. He then gets on his computer and brings up the page showing the mower as in stock.
