They had our mower for 2 n a half months just for getting it cleaned up n ready for spring. Something that should take a day to complete. I never received a call to schedule delivery back to us. I called several times n customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with. Also quoted 350 dollars for this service n we were billed 500 dollars instead.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service desk is awful. Obviously the guy was in the middle of a research project of finding a part. Nobody ever acknowledged me, be there in one minute, out of several other employees nobody asked if they could help. I was there for 20 minutes. Just needed a filter kit. Guess I'll be buying online. Horrible infuriating experience. Also not the first time I have had this experience.
Great service. Negotiated a fair price with me on a piece of consigned equipment.
