Convenient location, order prepared quickly (one part not in stock at this location arrived from another location later the same day), no wait for Saturday morning pickup, friendly and prompt service.
They had our mower for 2 n a half months just for getting it cleaned up n ready for spring. Something that should take a day to complete. I never received a call to schedule delivery back to us. I called several times n customer service was the worst I've ever dealt with. Also quoted 350 dollars for this service n we were billed 500 dollars instead.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service desk is awful. Obviously the guy was in the middle of a research project of finding a part. Nobody ever acknowledged me, be there in one minute, out of several other employees nobody asked if they could help. I was there for 20 minutes. Just needed a filter kit. Guess I'll be buying online. Horrible infuriating experience. Also not the first time I have had this experience.
