Extremely unprofessional. I booked an appointment, confirmed by text all the way, only to be told after driving from Langley that the car wasn’t even there because the owner’s son took it to school. The owner simply said they “can’t do anything” and asked me to come back later. Huge waste of time and no respect for customers. If this is how they handle appointments, I can’t imagine trusting them with a vehicle purchase.
