My first visit to Saucony Smiles was actually very pleasant. No one “likes” to go to the dentist but everyone I interacted with from making the appointment for dental pain I was experiencing to the check-in process, dental assistant, Dr. Keller and checkout process were all very kind, professional, and respectful of me personally and of my time. Oh, and tie dye Tuesday is great idea and fun way to interact with your clients. Can’t wait to see what my next appointment on a Thursday brings.
I have been going here since January, and all the staff/dentists I have interacted with have been extremely kind and friendly. Everything always goes smooth, and if I have any issues they are more than willing to have me come back and get it fixed.
I absolutely love this dentist. I am amazed at how good the vibe is and how nice everyone is. They were also so upfront about my cost.
