Fantastic service! I had an issue with a new LG TV that was under manufacturer warranty. I was contacted by Curt, of Messerly TV, after going through LG's customer service. His communication was great, showed up when he said he would, was very knowledgeable with the product, and he's an honest guy. 100% will be my first call with TV issues in the future!

We have an LG TV that wouldn't power on. I submitted a warranty claim with LG and they contracted Messerly TV to fix it. Curt was very friendly and kept us informed at every step of the process. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous. Highly recommend!
