I realize I got myself into this situation (at 18 mind you, who gives an 18 yr old a credit card?) however, this firm has been asking for my families income info as well as friends. Which is illegal… not a great firm at all. Very sneaky and doesn’t practice on the legal side of things. Be warned 🤷♀️ Side note: They are known for scamming people for money with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) I won’t be giving them a dime.
I have been having some issues with this company so naturally I came to the reviews to my surprise there are multiple people questioning the integrity, and professionalism of this company. So here's my story. For starters this is my debt, and its my responsibility to pay. I set up a payment arrangement on 4/23/25 the amount withdrawn should have been $300.00 on 4/25/25 (Friday) the weekend goes by and my payment has not been taken, no big deal its the weekend. After disputing them garnishing my bank account we finally settled on a payment plan however they are still reporting to the credit bureau that I am delinquent and my account is still increasing by one dollar every week. I cannot wait until they open on Monday because I have something to say. If I could give this company negative stars I would it almost seems criminal what they are doing.
