This "law firm" is an absolute joke. They sent a process server dressed as an amazon driver to bang on my door, this same process server later banged on my door and attempted to open the door while claiming to be an official from Dakota county at 8:45pm. They never filed anything with the court and have sent the same document to me 3 separate times all with different deadlines. I have filed complaints with the AG office and the CFPB.
I just wanted to say how amazing Krista Kelly-marx was ! She was so understanding to my situation and didnt make me feel horrible about it! Just in case you didnt know already, you need to KEEP her!

Everyone that works here have terrible morals. I tried to make a payment plan with them & then they went to court and never sent me summons even though every other creditor was able to send me stuff. I have paid off everything on my collections BUT what I owe them because they are terrible people. I do intend to vacate the order as they did not correctly notify me of summons. They deserve to be put out of business. Do not work with these people.
I call them to fix my banking information and ask them if I could use a debit card. The lady was rude arguing with me well you have to mail it. Your mailing process takes to long. Very rude
