If i could give a zero i would. I've had the worst experience with these guys. They do not communicate at all or work work you. Do not give them your personal info or bank account to pay your account, they will use it to their own will and won't even contact you about it.
I had the absolute worst customer service experience ever today on the phone. I set up a payment arrangement with them last year, then I received a notice of wage garnishments from my job. I was very confused on why my wages were being garnished for this credit card debt that I had already set up a payment plan for. 1000% horrible
HORRIBLE communication and customer service. Took a garnishment by mistake, agreed that it was and it still took me 10 phone calls and 2 months for them to give me the time of day. Employee said she would not “hold up her line” with me because i was asking too many questions??? would zero star if I could.
