They sent process servers to your home in the evening time who pound on your door and strike fear in your sleeping children. I had a monthly plan to pay off my debt annd was doing it and they ignored it and pulled a bunch of money out of my checking account without telling me first and I couldn’t pay my rent in time. They don’t care about you. Don’t do business with them. 0 stars
Absolutely horrible to work with. Was late a couple days on one payment, next payment was on time now they want to garnish my wages and bank account and want a record of everything I own. This bill is literally $1300. Not thousands or hundreds of thousands.Would never want to work with this company again. They are uncaring and seriously lack compassion for anyone in a bad spot. I would leave a negative star if I could, I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have tried to pay a bill on multiple occasions and keep running into authorization issues and misinformation, I'm actually at a loss on what actions to take next. I never thought it would be so challenging to pay a bill before.
