Not surprised to see these reviews after my experience. I was curious if anyone had a similar experience to me and the reviews are spot on! I’ve talked to Steve twice now when I’ve called. Both times he has been condescending, rude, and unprofessional. I had been nothing but respectful until today when I finally had to ask him to stop being rude.
