The reviews say enough.
This company is very unconcerned with completing any transactions. The garnished my bank account and my paychecks and now have over 1,900 dollars of my money and my debt was only 1,144. I cant get them to send the letter of release to my employer and get the $800 back that I need to pay my bills that are falling behind because of them. I understand I had a debt but this is deceptive.
My daughter has tried to call them many times about a collection, she's trying to pay them. They never answer the phone.
This law firm SUCKS. Honestly. Very in-professional and un trust worthy. When they are trying to collect a debt the representative hangs up mid call more than once. I contacted them regarding an illegal garnishment and they said my money was going to be returned initially; a few weeks later my JOB was told they would return my money to ME directly , which never happened. After that they now say they can no longer discuss the matter.
Katita Lopez was extremely helpful over the phone, they gave me clear instructions on how to resolve the issues
