RUDE EMPLOYEES!
They get mad and won't treat you like a person when you ask for someone to speak to you in proper English after six calls with a non English speaking person. All I want to do is pay my bill but they make it VERY hard with non English speaking people. then when you complain to the English speaking people they get mad at you for saying you can't understand them. This actually happened people! Zero stars
This is the worst, worst debt collector law firm whatever you wanna call it I’ve ever dealt with. I was on a payment plan and I needed an extension on a payment so I called up and they gave it to me and then before I knew it my bank account got debited all the funds because they put a levy on it saying I didn’t make the payment when I was already caught up I called them and they’re like oh they forgot to take the levy off so then they released the funds back to me that took 30 days to get the funds back in my bank account an... read more

Extremely rude. Each and every time you call. Just rude. I get you owe a debt but there is absolutely no reason to be so short and down right disrespectful when you ask questions.
