I call them to fix my banking information and ask them if I could use a debit card. The lady was rude arguing with me well you have to mail it. Your mailing process takes to long. Very rude
Completely unethical, shady, and does not practice the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). I received 1 letter from the Rice County Court regarding Garnishment, than my job let me know I am being garnished. I was not getting any of their mail because they had my address from over 10 years and also my old last name of Lytle before I got married. Made arrangements with this company that was in place on th 19th of August. I have the letter to proof it its funny I got the letter but they are blaming my employer for not stopping the garnishment when I got paid on Aug 29th they had taken a big chunck from my check. I called the lady assured me it wasn't them taking any money. They took too much money from my 4yr old sons account and paid me back the extra money they stole 5 months later and told me congratulations! when I called and ask them to explain why they took too much. Just completely unprofessional.
