After three no-shows in three consecutive days, we ended up having to go with another company. Extremely unprofessional and rude. When I tried to reschedule for an afternoon appointment so I didn't have to miss work, I was told that I couldn't reschedule. And then they just didn't show up. No text, no call, nothing. Definitely request a different plumber if you get assigned Messer Plumbing.
If I could give zero stars I would. The workers do not speak English and are unable to communicate. My service was arranged by HomeServe and I am very disappointed that they were unable to fix the problem when HomeServe told me that it was covered I had to speak to 3 different representatives because this company Messer employs people who cannot communicate.
