Good dental work; however extremely dissapointed with their late fees on billing. Considering the total we are spending with this dentist, the fees are too high and do not reflect an appreciation of the customer. We have a fairly consistent track record for ontime payments. There have been a few that are late, but still have been made. There is a $5 fee of payment is late, regardless of prior payment history. We have requested a waiver and received one only. Just an unpleasant experience in these tough times.
