Terrible company to work with
I am the owner of HTL Builders, a commercial Design•Build Co licensed in NC & SC. When I got started Messer had a great leadership team that sat down with me to help us understand how to put together proper bid packages. Great Builder!
They use a pay system to manipulate, and short pay the subcontractors who are working for them. Everyone in our industry knows AIA forms. They have their own pay system and they got us for $ 5118. Then they did a conference call with “there team” to try to explain how they were right and we were wrong. We just listened, took the lost and moved on. Just BEWARE! Not a honest company! We won’t bid, say anything good about them or work for them ever again!
