Great company to work for, or better yet, to work with. They likely have the best business plan I've seen in a long time. The company is owned by its employees. Your overtime, prevailing wage above your salary, and bonuses go into shares after you work 2,000 hours. Obviously, as you continue to work, you continue to contribute toward retirement. All in all, they're a great company that does amazing work!
