Dropped my 2000 subaru impreza off for a paint job. August 7th 2019. Expected to be done roughly in one month time frame which the person in charge said was reasonable. Asked for half deposit up front which I agreed upon. Few weeks go by some progress and asked for a little bit more money to make "payroll". Long story short.
