The originally planned day for our repair ended up being a day of torrential rain. Our appointment was quickly rescheduled for two days later by calling us from the office. As promised, they showed up as soon as the day broke. They did an absolutely professional job, finishing the work fast and thoroughly. Since the fix was made, there have been no issues.
We got through the claims process with a lot of help from roofing. The team completed it in one day and arrived on time. Even after they ran out of daylight, they stayed to repair some screens that had been harmed by some falling debris.
