What should have been a nice easy patio cover replacement ended up not being simple or easy or nice. We were originally told 1 day install when we met with him to plan it out. It ended up taking 2 days. (I even had the old patio cover removed before installation.) I wasn't too upset about taking a little longer as things come up, but then it had to be redone because the installers installed it incorrectly. Built us a beautiful patio. Water tight just like we wanted it. Great professional work and very reasonably priced. The best contractor we've used since owning our home. Will be recommending them A LOT.
These guys screened in my patio about 1.5 years ago. I’ve always loved it and thought they did a very professional job. Especially considering I had a difficult patio to screen in. Last night we had a terrible storm come through DFW. 70mph plus winds! Our patio roof and enclosure held up like a champ!
DFW Siding and Patio enclosed a small, rear porch for me. I took two days, three people, random breaks and late arrivals. The porch is beautiful. However, I had to wait a week for the door to be completed and still waiting for caulking in certain spots. Update: 1 year later-Structurally, the patio was installed haphazardly. While assembling, they drilled into the exterior wall and there’s water leaking into my patio now. Insects are able to crawl into the lower crevices of the patio because it was NEVER properly caulked. The... read more
