The office failed to confirm our insurance when the appointment was made. Due to their inabilities to perform their job correctly, I just wasted over an hour of my day and my child was late for school. They waited until the day of appointment to confirm coverage and I get there to find out I owe them $139 just to have my daughters finger looked at. The lady at the window was extremely rude and not helpful at all and acted like I was the one at fault. We had to cancel the appointment so I have no review of the doctors. But if... read more
They seem to schedule your doctor appointments with no intention of actually seeing you at that time. You have to wait 30 minutes at minimum and quite possibly longer.
Have to wait a long time to see the doctor and the waiting room to full
Great medical staff, always friendly amd always smiling. They are fast and precise...they treat my 4 yr old amazing.
