No complaints. Clean, quiet, relaxing, calming, and very professional. Highly recommend. I read complaints about paying and asking for tips. That never happened with us. And I don't mind paying before we start because I'm sure they have a reason for that. Not everyone is a good costumer. So don't take it personal. They do accept walk ins. But i think an appointment is better. If you walk in and have to wait because they are with customers, then don't take it personally. Try to relax and enjoy the massage. Very nice people. Qin and Lisa were very professional and did an outstanding job. My wife and I highly recommend going to see them. It is a very clean and calming place. I really relaxed. Updated May 2026: Sasha not there anymore. Lisa and Michelle are both excellent as I've tried both of them several times each. This was my first time here and being a very active pickleball player, I have lots of sore muscles from head to my feet. Sasha was my therapist and I'm so grateful I got her because she gives an excellent deep tissue massage which is what I love.
