How does this doctor think it's ok to dismiss a patient over being upset that calls, messages,orders, medication refills & supplies are not being taken care of. Staff has been unprofessional and not caring or compassionate at all. Medical professionals should put all aside and help the patient. Patient has every right to be upset after multiple attempts from themselves & companies reaching out prior to handle this. Documentation was sent & confirmed. Outstanding doctor with a very caring demeanor. He listens attentively and proceeds with his diagnosis and treatment. If further testing is needed, he sends you to the lab, or maybe to a specialist. My husband and I have been with Dr. Chithambo 20 plus years. I am qualified to speak highly of this doctor because I have a M.E. in Biology and Chemistry. Kudos to an outstanding doctor and his staff.
Do not ever go here! I had the worst experience ever! Chitombo and Paige Potter do not care about their patients. I was dropped as a patient without being given a reason. Terry P which is the lead is so rude and disrespectful!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR TO ANYONE!!! I would have given him a ZERO, but the app won’t let me. He dropped me as a patient cause I complained about one of his staff members for making me wait a month for a referral and I didn’t ever get it from them another doctor office got it done in 2days. Then he sends me a letter saying I’m dismissed but that he would provide emergency care for 30 days, he wrote the letter March 11th and I received it today.
