I called Lee Joplin to look at a few electrical issues as he was recommended by a colleague. He was courteous on the phone and prompt on the day of the appointment. I showed him the issues we were having and left him to do his job. He left without saying a word. I called him and he said he was ordering a part and would be back when it was delivered.
