Could you please consider a more consistent approach to annual rent increases, perhaps with clearer explanations tied to actual inflation rates? Since 2003, there haven't been any upgrades or amenities to justify these increases, especially considering some residents are on fixed incomes. Furthermore, improvements to individual units seem to be discouraged. It's a shame that the improvements previously made by the manager for her own use aren't extended to the current tenants.
