Very disappointing experience. The woman scanning tickets at the entrance of the Monster Truck show tonight told me my child’s ticket QR code was invalid, even after I showed her a bank statement for the full $67 charge. She insisted I go back to the ticket booth to “fix it,” which meant waiting in another line for an hour and a half.
