I cannot get in touch with anyone, tried calling several times and it always goes to voicemail, and the voicemail is not taking messages.
Avoid this office at all costs. The staff do not do their jobs and they make it your problem. Missed refills of prescriptions, don’t know their own appointment schedule, scheduled on days they’re closed, no communication, messed up every referral, and now I am unable to contact them because they never pick up their phones and their inbox is full. Our pharmacy can’t even reach them. This business must be going under.
Very slow service. I waited 30 minutes for them to open the window and check that they had a new patient waiting. I had to pay $116 out of pocket after insurance just to talk to the doctor.
I was really looking forward to meeting with this physician because of the ratings, however, I couldn’t get past the front desk. I used a supporting app to book my appointment, send my information and insurance, and confirmed everything through a text message sent FROM THE OFFICE. When I got there they said they didn’t have it and told me to start filling out the paperwork.
