This was our first time trying Ethiopian food, and it turned out to be such a wonderful and memorable experience! Based on the staff's recommendation, we ordered the Taste of Ethiopia platter and Chacha. The portions were incredibly generous— especially after finishing the Ayib Roll and Samosas as appetizers, the two of us had almost half of our main dishes left to take home. This is originally a common traditional distilled wine in Ethiopia, but the restaurant spreads "Injera" (Injera, a very representative staple food of Ethiopia.
