Our neighbor drove into our garage door (facepalm) and we couldn't get it opened. Daniel came out on a Sunday on almost no notice. Wearing a mask. Turned out it was something he could fix with not too much trouble; I was happy to pay him but he didn't accept the cash because it was a small job. That blew me away. It's just so rare to find a nice friendly honest guy who knows his stuff and at the same time is happy to just help rather than squeeze every last buck.
