We used this company as part of our 2-10 warranty to unclog a bath tub. He couldn't fix it and lied to my 80 year old mom and the warranty company saying he needed to tear the tile up or it couldn't be repaired. I called him because my mom tub continue to drain slow and he said he couldn't come back out until the warranty company approves the repair.
