Rudest receptionist ever will be finding another doctor to use.
Im not even sure if she deserves one star. I was referred to her by my immunologist. Awful bedside manners, was not friendly at all and did not seem to be concerned that I have a rare lung disease and was seeing her to find out if I was out of remission. She ordered a CT scan that I didn’t find out about until I was called by the hospital. CT scan showed I have scattered nodules in both lungs consistent with my lung disease and she has her office call me to say they will keep an eye out on it. I was referred to Dr. Wallace by the Veterans Health of East AL. My first visit was my last visit because of her terrible bedside manner. I'm not sure what happen to this lady to make her so unfriendly. Hopefully she fixes this if she continues to practice medicine.
