Expertise=5*. Communications=1*. I was injured, I need help with all electronic device use. I should be getting written updates and snail mail communications, have not gotten ANY. They don't seem to do much followup to keep their CLIENT updated nor even in the loop. I am clueLESS as to where my case is even at, at this point!!

Pamela Spaulding has represented me twice in the last decade. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate all that she has done for me. Intelligent, professional, savvy; she went above and beyond in obtaining settlement for me following the two accidents I had where I was injured due to the negligence of the other drivers. Didn't work with the attorneys but the person answering the phone (Sterling I believe) was incredibly helpful. He put me on hold for less than 2 minutes. When he returned he answered my questions and multiple resources to give me also. I was incredibly impressed by his performance.
