I had a appointment at 11:30 and you changed the time to 11:50 which i was there i left around 12:15 after you did not acknowledge me after sitting in waiting area 25 minutes past my 11:50 time which YOU changed from original appointment time 11:30 which is unprofessional then you text/ email hours later stating that i missed my appointment time & I should have cancelled
