Consistently cheaper, but service really sets them apart; polite, fast and really helpful. Always my first call.
My partner dropped in to buy a generator. He was met immediately by a staff member saying very bluntly "you have one and a half minutes" My partner was not aware of the closing time, and would never want to be a nuisance, so he left quickly and went elsewhere. This person needs a lesson in customer service as you lost a sale.
