Dr. Mesbah and Patricia are lovely, however when I had a breast mass I called the office multiple times over a one week period for a referral for a biopsy. They never sent it. When we confirmed they sent it to the wrong fax number they yelled at me that they did send it, but to the wrong number and they refused to resend it to the correct number. I had a very concerning and disappointing experience with this office. A surgery was scheduled and mailed to my home without prior knowledge or confirmation. I was never personally contacted to discuss or agree to the date beforehand, which was alarming and inappropriate. When I called the office to ask questions and explain the date did not work for me, the office manager, Jessica Knack, stated that she had to read from a script and was unwilling to address my specific concerns. First time here. I have been looking for a consistent, kind and caring OBGYN as I have never had one I could rely on for consistent treatment. I came 15 minutes early to do forms and it rolls around to be 10 minutes later than my scheduled appt time. I booked an appt with Dr Silva who the front desk receptionist informed me was in the hospital dealing with a delivery. Understandable, although I wish this was communicated when I arrived. I feel compelled to write a review about this practice because my experience raised serious concerns about trust, ethics, and professionalism. I received prenatal care here during my first trimester. Before entering my second trimester, I requested an accommodation letter for my job due to unsafe working conditions for a pregnant woman, including prolonged sitting in a cold car, limited restroom access and exposure to illness without proper screening or PPE.
