Updated review 2025: (lost another star) I am coming up on 2 years of living here. We tried to do the floor warranty as the vinyl floor started lifting pretty soon after moving in [two years ago]. Also the floor is turning pink. I submitted the warranty stuff in March 2024.... Over a year later and they have yet to fix my floor. Ricardo ignores all our follow up messages. Nice neighborhood and very well built homes.
I been in this community for almost a year, so far it's been good we love our home and we are comfortable here. The process was very fast, Eliana the lady that used to work here helped me so much. She was very helpful very professional and she did an amazing job. This stars has nothing to do with the community. I'm just upset about my situation with the warranty.I'm giving them a 3 start because since I got here I been having some issues about the warranty.
