Had the best customer service i've experienced in a long time when i met Jose Ochoa! His professionalism and knowledge of the home buying process was very impressive, not to mention a great home too.
My fiancé and I went to go see some houses but we didn’t like the experience, we felt pressure and rushed throughout the whole experience… mind you this was the first stop we had to feel of looking at homes and make our decision when we finished touring other home communities but this experience here was horrible I don’t know what strategy they use to pressure clients, the name of the salesman was Jose I believe never again let your client enjoy the process and don’t make them feel pressured!
