I love it here. This is my second time renting from here. I love the neighborhood, and the neighbors. The complex is quiet and respectful. The manager is always a phone call away and she repairs things right away. The units have everything from garages, w&d hookups, and central heating and air. Sure the units could be bigger and and more insulated but you can’t beat the price and location. We also have a pool and jacuzzi. It’s a great place to call home!
So far more than 3 cars have been broken into, items stolen, and then vandalized by being here. Stay FAR AWAY because it is the main hang out for scumbags who live in Santee.
