I went to Mesa Valley Pipe with my R/O system. As it was not working properly. I met Clayton, who was very eager to help me. I bought 2 new R/O 150 GPD membranes. Got it home, but it didn’t work as expected. Took it back, Clayton admitted he was not real knowledgeable when it came to the R/O systems. However, his eagerness to learn put him over the top. I called these guys Tuesday afternoon looking for some tools. Guy on the phone says "Yup, no problem we have them in stock" Wednesday morning I drive 90 miles to buy said tools. The guy behind the counter says "Nope, sorry we don't have them in stock" So much for supporting a local business, Amazon here I come from now on. Thanks for wasting 5 hours of my time and 9 gallons of diesel.
