This company is not trusted. you receive collection action notices without ever having received an invoice. They are divisive and unscrupulous. Anybody would be better of going with another company, like Amica, or Federated.
Decent array of products
This company almost bankrupted my favorite bar in Cleveland after we had extensive storms and a power outage. They refused to cover the claims following significant storm damage, which put Happy Dog out nearly 45,000 dollars despite having insurance through this company. It’s very unfortunate that insurance companies like this will put a successful small business out of commission to avoid paying their obligations.
