Love the manager! Stephanie has been fabulous! Very professional and courteous. Very helpful and kind! She goes above and beyond. German has been a true asset going above and beyond to keep the grounds and Pool clean and well kept.
This park has a friendly, family like environment. Lots of year round residents. Park manager Stephanie has done a good job of bringing community together and getting some improvements done. Having monthly potlucks is quite enjoyable and celebrating the holidays as the year passes us, by all gathering together.
I live in Mesa Terrace mobile home park in Yuma Arizona. Our manager is Stephanie Payton. When Stephanie came to be our manager, it was like sending us a breath of fresh air. She’s positive she’s uplifting very accommodating. She keeps the park clean. She host events that we all love and have a wonderful time at. By far the best Manager this park has had in years. Stephanie would be an asset to this corporation no matter where she worked. She is a dedicated and hard worker.
we look forward to and enjoy the park and going to Jimmy's Jammin Karaoke.
