I was told by the main hospital that my daughter was admitted to this facility, but when you call the facility and go through the run around phone system, it is impossible to speak to anyone to be able to reach her. She does not have my phone number memorized so cannot call me. I am starting to panic.
Unprofessional, confrontational and not capable of handling kids. Find a better place for your kids sake. Also, 1500 bucks for 2 days worth of service before the kick your kid out due to them not being able to handle them, feels like a scam.
Don’t send your kids here. NOT good for Autistic children AT ALL. Btw they tell the parents to press charges when they call you if there’s an incident.
I really find this place to be very helpful and it was a great experience for my son. I hope to never have to have our family deal with this again, but if we go, I know where we are going.
