Good trainers
I found Mesa Personal Training on a Facebook and thought I’d give it a try. I have never used a personal trainer and hoped it would provide the motivation I needed to start working out. Heidi has been amazing! She has encouraged me to keep trying new things and has helped build my confidence. After only 6 sessions, I am seeing improvement and gaining strength I didn’t think I could. I can’t wait to see how far I can go.
If you are looking for a personal trainer, Mesa PT is a fabulous choice. My husband and I are so pleased with Coach Pete. He is knowledgeable, patient, encouraging and he meets you where you're at. We are only three weeks in, but we are thankful to the owners for their professionalism in running a welcoming, immaculate, and great place to get healthy. Check out this little gym with a big !!!
Mesa Personal Training is not like any other training gym! Comfortable family atmosphere where you will feel confident and be fully supported by both trainers and members! Highly recommended!!! You will not be disappointed. (I have been training here for 6 months)
Have had the best experience coming to this gym. My trainer Timothy has definitely started me on a path to being the best version of myself. He is amazing and understanding , I love coming to this gym! Most amazing workouts I have ever done. Definitely recommend coming and trying out Mesa Personal Training Gym!!
